What to Expect
Most everyone struggles with some aspect of his or her life. The therapy experience allows for individuals to explore how their current ways of thinking and behaving may be impacting their success in career, friendships, or intimate relationships.
Therapy is structured to fit you. Some people want to dive in and tell-all in the first session, some people need time to warm up and develop trust. There is no pressure to talk about things that you are not ready to discuss. This is your time, so feel free to provide input and feeback about how it is being used.
